Mr. Uday Singh Group Chief Executive Officer A qualified engineer & MBA Mr. Singh has held senior positions in globally reputed organizations like SAIL, MECON, IBM, JVSL and Praxair.

Brig. (Retd.) J. S. Antal Executive Director (Corporate Affairs) A retired Brigadier from the Indian Army. Brig. Antal held Command, Staff and instructional position during his service. He also served with the Aditya Birla Group before joining SIS.

Mr. Rituraj Kishore Sinha Group Chief Operating Officer Mr. Sinha completed his degree in Business Management from Leeds University Business School. Prior to joining SIS, he was with HALIFAX Bank, UK. He also represents the second generation of the promoter family in the company.

Mr. George Chin Chairman, SIS Australia A former army officer from the Australian Army. With over 30 years of experience in Security Industry, Mr. Chin was the Managing Director of Chubb Protective Services, Australia. He was also the President of Chubb Asia based in Hong Kong.

Mr. Devesh Desai CFO, SIS International A qualified Chartered Accountant. Mr. Desai has held senior positions in reputed organizations like Shaw Wallace and Praxair. His last position was as Vice President - Finance & Controller at Air Deccan, India’s first Low Cost Airline
