Mr. A. K. Prasad Chief Finance Officer A Chartered Accountant by qualification. Mr. Prasad has been a part of the company's top management since 1985.

Brig. (Retd.) J. S. Antal Executive Director (Corporate Affairs) A retired Brigadier from the Indian Army. Brig. Antal held Command, Staff and instructional position during his service. He also served with the Aditya Birla Group before joining SIS.

Mr. Rituraj Kishore Sinha Chief Operating Officer A graduate by qualification. Mr. Sinha completed his degree in Business Management from Leeds University Business School. Prior to joining SIS, he was with HALIFAX Bank, UK. He also represents the second generation of the promoter family in the company.
