SIS has now embarked on a direct entry business manager programme to recruit young professional with MBA/CA/Charter Finalist/ Engineering background who will be directly placed as Assistant Business Manager in various branches after undergoing 3 months of induction, orientation and familiarization training programme. A fixed stipend of Rs. 10,000 shall be paid during the first 3 months of training after which successful candidates will be placed as Assistant Business Managers with minimum monthly gross emolument of Rs.15, 000/- besides other benefits of regular employment.

Assured Career Growth Plan (ACGP) :
Although a transparent and efficient PMP (Performance Management Process) is in place for annual compensation review for all managers in the company, this position is covered under ACGP which ensures assured minimum increase in compensation package as per following details:

On completion of 1st year Rs.18,000/- per month
On completion of 2nd year Rs. 22,000/- per month
On completion of 3rd year Rs. 27,000/- per month
On completion of 4th year Rs. 33,000/- per month
On completion of 5th year Rs. 40,000/- per month

If the performance of an individual manager exceeds expectations, he may be given a higher packages than defined under ACGP. It is expected that, at the end of 5 years, a Business Manager trainee joining now will reach the stage of Assistant Vice President provided his performance is excellent.
