It's a matter of great pride for our
company that our Chairman & Managing Director, Mr. R K
Sinha has been honored by Singapore Security Association (SAS)
with prestigious "International Total Loss Control Promoter
Award". Our CMD is the first security professional from India
who has been honored with this award. The award was given
away to the CMD by Guest-of-Honour, the Minister in the Prime
Minister's Office of Singapore and Deputy Secretary General
of the National Trade Union Congress Mr. Lim Swee Say at a
joint Gala Dinner organized in Singapore on the occasion of
32 nd . Annual Function of SAS and 62 nd . AGM of the Council
of International Investigators (CII), USA , which was attended
by over 1000 top security professionals gathered from more
than 20 countries of the world.
Our CMD, who is also the Executive
Chairman of International Institute of Security and Safety
Management (IISSM) and Chairman of the Central Association
of the Private Security Industry (CAPSI) has been recognized
for his services to the society in general and security industry
in particular, for promoting the concept of "Total Loss
Control " since 1991. His vision and mission was
to bring together the three professions like security, safety,
fire prevention and private investigation under one wider
function of "Total Loss Control". His international
recognition and ability to organize the annual IISSM conferences
in different states of India and abroad, have also helped
in creating an awareness and acceptance of the concept globally.
After developing this concept
during 1991, CMD traveled extensively to various parts of
US, UK, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Netherlands, France,
Caribbean, Mauritius, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia,
Australia, Thailand, Korea,Taiwan, Japan, Hongkong, and Mainland
China and almost all the states of India and made several
presentations on the concept. It is a matter of great satisfaction
that corporate and multinationals in India and abroad have
gradually started recognizing value of this concept and have
started implementing these concepts in their businesses and
have increased their profits by addressing various sources
of losses in an integrated and organized manner.
Mr. Sinha has been awarded
for his professional contribution to society, mankind and
the environment. This award is the first ever award presented
by Security Association ( Singapore ), SAS by a Singaporean
Minister, well acknowledged and applauded by all present at
the Anniversary celebration.
To felicitate Mr. Sinha on
receiving this prestigious award, Central Association
of Private Security Industry (CAPSI) and International Institute
of Security and Safety Management (IISSM) has jointly organized
a dinner function along with press briefing session to give
details about the concept of "Total Loss Control"(TLC) on
6 Th. September in Hotel Le Meridian, New Delhi. Besides media,
the function was well attended by the eminent personality
of security industry.
Capt. Kunwar Vikram Singh,
Chairman of Association of Private Detectives India (APDI)
and President of Central Association for Private Security
Industry (CAPSI) and the recipient of " Private Investigator
of the Year Award" said that "Mr. Sinha has served the security
industry for last 32 years selflessly and he well deserved
this international recognition. His contribution towards developing
security training programs and new concepts and products in
security business has been well acknowledged throughout the
world."
